Monday Motivation: Kerry Orton – injured again!

I have a fat foot, don’t ask!  It’s on the same side as my operation knee.  A trip to A&E ruled out any broken or fractured metatarsals but MY GOD – if anyone has ever had someone stand on their foot in a stiletto then you’ll know the pain I’m in!  I can’t curl my toes up or down, I can’t put pressure on the bottom of my foot because when it sits flat the pain on the top is immense!!!

I’m currently trying to pull forwards the consultant appointment – desperately – to no avail!

Do I cycle this week?  I don’t think I do – but I’m going to read all the blogs and watch the facebook page and sit looking longingly at my indoor cycling machine and pray I get over this injury quickly!
