4. Adjust the height of the saddle. The saddle should be at hip bone height so the front of your pelvis is level with the top of the saddle
5. Adjust the position of the saddle. The saddle should be positioned in relation to the pedals – not too far back or too far forward. With your feet in the cleats or cages on your pedals, move your feet into the 3 and 9 position (so your feet are flat), then adjust the saddle over the knee at that point in the pedal rotation
6. Adjust the handlebars. The handlebars should be set at the same height as the saddle. When riding, lean into the bike at around 40 degrees to ensure your core is engaged. To prevent lower back strain the handlebars should not be higher than the saddle
7. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and your devices are visible on both your bike and smart device
8. Connect the bike to your smart device via Bluetooth
9. Choose your workout from the wide selection available on the CicloZone app
10. Hit the play button and get cycling!
